Welcome to the website
for the Fiji Study Tour 2001
through Mott Community College!
On
Friday, July 13th, 2001, a group of students and faculty from Flint,
Michigan, travelled to Fiji with their professor to learn more about
the Art, Design, and culture of the people of this South Pacific
nation. The 23 participants ranged in age from 14 to 78, representing
a diverse group of people.
Their
cross-cultural experience is highlighted here in this website and
describes their voyage of discovery, as they learned about this
foreign land, its peoples, each other, and ultimately, about themselves.
Visit
the links here as we share in this cross-cultural experience.
